I hope you like RTTs, because last weekend was jam packed with them. We had a whopping eight RTT events fire for the UTC, two for Age of Sigmar and six for Warhammer 40k.

Fabricator's Forge July 10th Edition RTT

Coraopolis, PA

Resident mad lad Dominic Metzger was at it again this past weekend with a 32-player RTT featuring its own FAQ document and balance adjustments, including legal rules for Legends units.

This teams event featured 11 players vying for the top spot. Dak Karaban of team Gryph-hound gang took home the top honors, followed by Kharadon to Darkness.

Springfield, MA – 40k

This 21-player, 3-round RTT was won by Daniel Wohlmuth of team Battle for Salvation, running an Aeldari list sporting zero Wraithknights.

Palladium Games July RTT

Phoenixville, PA – 40k

This three-round event saw 19 players competing. The top spot went to Matthew DeFranza, running Eldar, but Derek Apsche of team Cuddle Bunnies made an impressive flex taking Grey Knights to a 3-0 finish at the event as well.

The Tables and Towers July RTT had 29 players competing across three rounds and produced an impressive four undefeateds. Top among these was Ken Knox, running Deathwatch.

Upcoming Events

We close out July with the Capital Clash in Ontario then move into August where the Battle to End Alzheimers and the Midgard events will give us 40k GTs and the following weekend will see the end of year GT for the NEO Circuit.

BWG: Summer Slaughter Age of Sigmar GT 2023 (Stowe, PA) – This Age of Sigmar Major is being run by Basement War Gamers and still has tickets available. It’s also likely to be using the new General’s Handbook.
FIVE STAR GAMES GT (Middletown, MA – 40k) – This GT is a major event for the New England Open and tickets are still available. Note that the event does not have a paint requirement, making it a good test for armies you’ve built but not had time to paint yet.
