Goonhammer Presents: The Trench Crusade Adepticon Pack (Updated February 17, 2026)

Update (2/17/26): We've updated the pack to version 1.1! There's plenty of updates here to better provide a more engaging event for our players like changes to the terrain layout, mission scoring, and a few tweaks here and there. This will likely be the last update before Adepticon, but we still want to hear your thoughts over at CompCrusade@Goonhammer.com. Thank you to everyone who sent feedback over the past few months, you've helped us build a really amazing framework for our event. Stay tuned for Friday, where we'll be publishing a full changelog and going over our reasoning for each change.

We’re happy to announce that Goonhammer is partnering with Factory Fortress Inc to work on a competitive tournament play pack for Trench Crusade. We'll be kicking this all off with our event packet for Adepticon which you can find below. Feedback for this event will dictate what mechanics we keep, throw away, or tweak for the full Tournament Play Pack coming later next year.

Here’s the kicker: We need your help to make sure this format is the best it can be. In addition to four scenarios, we’ve created Special Rules that will be in play for the event you can layer on top of the core one off game rules to further refine the experience. We want to test all of these rules and the scenarios rigorously and we’ll be soliciting feedback from all of you to help make that happen.
