Content We Liked: January 10, 2021

by | Jan 10 2021

Although it’s a big internet out there, the Warhammer digital universe is pretty small and spread out. In Content We Liked, we take a look at the articles, videos, podcasts, and products that caught our eyes or were noteworthy during the prior week you might have missed.

On the Internet at Large

  • T'au Breakdancing Squad Smooth-Zombie via r/Warhammer40k This just absolutely slaps. My favorite conversion I've seen all year.
  • Freehanding Flesh Tearers Icons @rabid_dog_studios via Instagram Michael Azzopardi walks us through a solid process for freehanding the buzzsaws on Flesh Tearer shoulder pads.
  • Epic Magnetized Space Marine Landing Craft @WillardFoxton This is a super neat conversion and I 1000% support the noises this dude makes while filming this video. If you wouldn't do the same, we can't be friends.
  • Duncan converts Khorne Berserkers @duncanjrhodes via Instagram Duncan makes modern Berserkers by combining the Forge World upgrade kits with the modern plastic Chaos Space Marines to make some very good shit.
  • ShakyPluto's Varuna Cutter ShakyPluto via r/InfinityTheGame This is a really nice looking armored suit. Nice work on the blue.
  • Some rad Mortifactors @sloane_ranger_studio via Instagram The Mortifactors are a wonderful chapter that don't get enough love. This squad does them a lot of justice.
  • Chris Burwood's Ork Boyz @BurwoodChris via Twitter Chris is kicking off his hobby year right with some wonderful Ork boyz. I love the work he's done here with the yellow.
  • Connor's Eliminator Sergeant @Concon_73 via Twitter Connor's done a fantastic job with this Eliminator sergeant, with great work on the face and some wonderful weathering and scratches.
  • Drazhar TheCrazyPilot via r/Warhammer40k This is a very nice Drazhar, with some lovely fade and highlighting work on the armor.
