Although it’s a big internet out there, the Tabletop digital universe is pretty small and spread out. In Content We Liked, we take a look at the articles, videos, podcasts, and products that caught our eyes or were noteworthy during the prior week you might have missed.
On the Internet at Large

Welcome back to Content We Liked! We're almost out of the sopping wet month of February at long last, and we've got some seriously rad display boards and dioramas to show off this week starting with this Imperial Cityscape from
ians minis over on instagram. Ian takes a scale modeller's eye to this depiction of Rogal Dorn trundling through the ruined streets of a Hive block, lending a modern warfare grimness to the usually more cartoonishly ornate Imperial architecture with its blocky prefab Brutalism and dusty monochrome palates. This is one piece we'd love to see in person to pick out all those tiny details dripping in sombre character.

Diving back to the fantastical side of 40k for our next piece from
benkomets with a diorama depicting a Necromundan Ash Nomad travelling the wastes with some buggly companions. We love the natural, worn down tones of the travellers being contrasted by the metallic green as a spot colour, and the composition of the wasteland detritus parting away from the band as they march on. This thing owns, like the album cover to the sickest stoner metal album you've ever spaced out to.

Next up for this week's recap is a awesome tribute to one of the coolest sets of terrain ever produced by any games company ever. Forge World's Anphelion Project base was a modular dream, one of those customisable sets of terrain where you could sit and look at pictures forever, planning out different layouts and scenarios in your head for hours upon hours.
paintmokee on instagram has made those daydreams a reality in recreating a section of the Xenos Research base as featured in the Imperial Armour book, supplementing the original resin terrain with a beautifully bleak swampscape and a pop of colour from some extremely sharp looking laser fences. This is another piece we'd be honoured for the chance to see in person.
