Battletech: Goonformat Updated!

Hey gamers, after a while of testing and a few more months of games, the Goonformat is recieving its first major update. Force construction has been overhauled, with greater allowances for non-mech units and a slightly larger max game size. In addition, new scenarios have been added and old ones have been cleaned up slightly for balance following additional playtesting.
