The Goonhammer Open UK September 2024 – Awards and Thank Yous

The past weekend saw the third and final UK Goonhammer event for the year, where over 120 gamers congregated for a weekend of tabletop action in the 31st and 41st Millenniums.

Before we get to the results, this event would not be possible if it were not for the assistance and support of many different people.

• Bandua Wargaming, whose WTC terrain set the scene for 40K (our review here ).
• Element Games for providing an absolute bonanza of prizes and vouchers.
• Artis Opus for their incredibly powerful gregbot powered brushes.
• Illusionary Terrain, for their absolutely stunning hand crafted Horus Heresy terrain, matching the lovely armies on display.
• The staff at the De Montfort Student Union for making the event as smooth as possible.
• Most importantly all of our volunteers and staff who helped setup and pack up –  an under-appreciated but absolutely vital component of any event.
